Price list for internationally sent faxes

One sent international fax page is charged as Price level(*) domestic pages. So, one successfully sent fax page to domestic recipient (USA and Canada) always counts as one page. But if you send a fax to other locations (to international recipient outside US and Canada), each sent fax page is multiplied by price level from table below,

E.g., if you send a single page to Afghanistan, this page counts as 3 sent pages.
